About

Researcher, engineer, and builder at the intersection of geotechnics and spatial computing

Who I Am

I am a geotechnical engineer with a PhD and a strong foundation in rock mechanics and ground characterisation, with a growing research focus on computational methods for spatial data analysis and engineering digitalisation. My work explores how modern data science tools, drone mapping, LiDAR processing, and AI, can be applied to problems that traditional geotechnical practice has not yet fully addressed.

Alongside site-based and applied research experience, I develop web and desktop applications for point-cloud and mesh analysis, large-scale data hosting, and interactive visualisation. TerraIO is the home for that work, a place to publish methods, share tools, and connect with others working on similar problems. If something here is relevant to your project or research, I am always open to a conversation.
